The staff was very helpful arranging a taxi to take us to the ocean terminal. i appreciated their patience and politeness at the restaurant and bar (i'll definitely come back). it was great to bring my dog with me. It. i found the hotel quiet and the bed very comfy.
finding a parking spot was a bit difficult in the busy car park. this was a very minor issue, but good to know for future visits.

The room was clean the bath is big. Bedding was crisp. The room remained quiet despite outside traffic. Breakfast included a delicious selection along with free parking. A lidl a indian takeaway domino's are conveniently located opposite the hotel.
I found the car park cramped and busy it was a nightmare to find somewhere to park.

The staff is very friendly helpful they provide excellent service. Darlington the young man in the breakfast room was very helpful. Assistance with luggage is available. Staff promptly address any concerns.

Check-in WAS swift, and I received a warm welcome. The food was excellent, and I had drinks in the garden. Breakfasts were fresh, and staff offered coffee refills. I had a twin room at the front, it was large and very clean.
Finding a space was quite a challenge, due to the busy car park. It was not a GREAT issue, just a point to be aware of.

the staff provided a warm welcome. i found the room to be quite large (it really surprised me). breakfast was also very good. the staff's friendliness.
there was no lift. i had to carry my luggage up the stairs. the bathroom door did not shut properly. one of the lights next to the bed also did not work.
